This is an attempt to replicate the *best tea ever*, which my husband and I discovered at The French Press in Santa Barbara while on our honeymoon. We bought a one pound bag, and enjoyed it for almost a year. We miss it terribly, and so I am recreating it for him for Valentine's Day.
