I suffer from horrible migraines and I noticed that the tea that helped me most was peppermint, but only really strong peppermint did it. I started mixing different peppermint teas that I had at home to achieve optimum mintiness. I eventually added ginger and that really helped the ache, but it was just a tad too strong so that's when I added the vanilla. Of course I had to make this tea on Adagio and it worked like a dream. If you suffer from the agony of headaches like I do, this tea is the perfect comfort.
