'Everyone wants a magical solution to their problem, and everyone refuses to believe in magic.' This insane blends is a mix of what made Jefferson oh so mad. The classic earl grey represents his passion for tea itself, tampered by the lavender, which represents the strain of good generated by his daughter. The wild strawberry represents his imprisonment in the Queen of Heart's court, and the rooibos orange is the crazy kick of insanity. After all, being prisoner in another land, as well as subject to the mercurial compounds of hat making can make your hair go that very color.

I also want to shout out thanks to a fellow brewer and Once, Hope M, who gave me the inspiration to make this blend, and to form the 'Mad hatter/Mad scientist ship!'
