In the TV show Seinfeld, the Costanza family each year celebrates the plainest of holidays, Festivus. The holiday has one decoration, The Festivus Pole, made from aluminum. Since aluminum does not make a good flavor for tea, the closest shape, Candy Cane, went into this tea. Vanilla for the shear plainness of the holiday. A double inclusion of chocolate chips is added to make the flavor a little more interesting.
