teas: wild strawberry, lemon grass
accented with lemon balm and strawberry pieces
I've found that when I brew this at home, the longer you let it steep, the stronger the flavor. Give it at least 5 minutes @ 212 but can be brewed for as long as 10 minutes for max flavor. Give the bag a good shake before scooping out tea. The lemongrass tends to settle.
