For the past couple of years, I've enjoyed a blend call Canadian Breakfast as my morning tea. However, the store that sold it went under, and I've been trying to find a blend that resembles it. I always thought that a Canadian Breakfast tea should have maple flavouring with it. But I've been unable to find a maple flavoured tea. So this is one of few attempts to make something that might resemble the Canadian Breakfast I used to enjoy.
