My family really prefer herbal blends. but we just can't seem to find anything. So they set me on a little project to build some! This is attempt number one--lemongrass, peach rooibos, and some chamomile to round things out. Give it a floral kick with some rose hips, and let's hope for a good cup that won't offend the more tannin or caffeine sensitive folks at the tea table.
