Has anyone noticed that there isn't a straight forward Thai Tea on this website? There is a fabulous thai chai, but it doesn't fully encompass the thai tea I love to get at the bubble tea shop near campus. My favorite thai tea has a little less spice, and a lot more sweetness. For this reason, I've used more coconut and a touch of orange with a solid, but smaller helping of oriental spice. When you make this as a traditional Thai Iced Tea, use sweetened condensed milk or add sugar to the water while it is still boiling to create that all-encompassing sweetness.
