This blend will wake your taste-buds to get ready for the morning. I tried this blend naked 'Black' with sweetener and I love it! or you can use milk and or sugar of any kind. ( to bring out the disticnt flavors of the blend to give you that Christmas-Holiday feeling. In my opinion you can use (1) one teaspoon is perfect
