It is tough to drink hot tea when you are in the midst of a Texas summer, unless it is between the sleeping hours of 9pm to 5am, when the sun is no longer melting your flesh; so for this time of year, I tend to opt for iced tea to get my fix! Brewing suggestions: Mix 6 to 8 teaspoons of blend with one cup of boiling water. Steep for 7 to 8 minutes and add to a 1-quart tea pitcher that is three-quarters full of ice and water. (If you prefer a stronger brew, steep the blend a second time with a half cup of boiling water for 7 to 8 additional minutes.) Stir and enjoy!!
