Only true ladies and gentlemen really know how to enjoy the finer things, like chocolate-covered strawberries. With a little bit of sugar, about 1-2 teaspoons per cup, you can really feel that chocolate warm you up like a tea-flavored fondue, and this tea would taste great alongside a strawberry-flavored dessert. We recommend 2 teaspoons of loose tea per 8 oz steeped for 3 minutes. Hot is the best way to go, but drinking it cold with some ice and sugar gives a nice chilled mocha flavor.
