(Running contrary to Adagio's above-mentioned steeping time, I personally liked the results most by using 1.5 tsp per 8 oz. for 3:30 min. at around 172°F [no lower than 170]. If you want to re-steep it, then go for 4:00 min. at 175°F for your second brewing.)
