Eleanor, the secondary heroine of Jane Austen's Northanger Abbey, is the picture of grace and kindness, but she possesses an inner strength that makes her quite possibly the most resilient of her siblings. As such, the base of this tea is a sweet vanilla oolong, modest, but flavorful. Accenting this are two white teas--for Miss Tilney always wears white. First, a peach flavor, evoking Eleanor's humor and warmth. Second, a peony flavor, representing her artistic nature and her love for the grounds and gardens at Northanger.
