We gladly ship orders to Canada using US Mail with shipping rates calculated automatically based on weight and distance. Once your order ships, your order history page will contain its tracking details. This info also appears in your shipping confirmation email. Some packages shipping to Canada may not immediately update with tracking, but rest assured - we'll update your account with the information as soon as we obtain it.
We gladly ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. The only caveat is that the shipping fee is higher. Since Fedex is not a viable option, we must ship these orders with Priority Mail, a more expensive option that necessitates a $9.75 fee per order.
Missing your order? Take a deep breath and shoot us an email with your order number, and we'll gladly assist. We'll happily help file a claim with the carrier. Often times, the package is left in a place that may not be overly apparent to prevent it from 'walking away.' Or the package may be left with a neighbor for safekeeping. If this isn't the case, we will happily send a replacement to you.

Orders within the contiguous United States of $49 or more qualify for free ground shipping with FedEx SmartPost - a service by which FedEx delivers your package to your local USPS office, which carries out the final delivery. This promotion may not be combined with others, including our Frequent Cups points. As such, Frequent Cups or other promotional certificates do not count towards the total required to earn free shipping. If you're using a points certificate and wish to receive free shipping, be sure the net total (not including the certificate) exceeds $49.
We operate two warehouses, in New Jersey and California, and always aim to ship products from the one that's closest to you. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, and occasionally your order may take longer to arrive than is usual. If you're curious about the whereabouts of your shipment, please view your order history page and review tracking information and locations.
We aim to carefully package your selections to ensure they survive the grueling handling in transit. Despite these efforts, you may receive a damaged item. Shipping to multiple addresses? Please enter these orders separately. We unfortunately can't split an order among multiple addresses. Nor do multiple orders count towards our offer of free Ground shipping.

We ship primarily with FedEx and USPS. If the days-in-transit figure indicates that the order will be delivered on a Saturday, we may ship your order with Fedex as USPS does not offer this service.
Orders that are under a certain weight, or that can't be delivered by Fedex are sent through USPS. This includes orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations. Tracking details are provided in all cases.
We have also recently been utilizing Fedex SmartPost as our introductory level shipping option, in an attempt to expedite shipping while lowering shipping costs for our customers. With Fedex SmartPost, Fedex brings your package to the nearest USPS facility, and then USPS completes the delivery. If the tracking information shows your package being transferred from Fedex to USPS, this is why.
