We encourage you to provide feedback on all products purchased, and will deposit up to 6 points into your Frequent Cups total for each review completed. Simply visit the write reviews section of your account page. To ensure high relevancy of information, reviews are limited to items purchased within the last 180 days.
Gift reviews
To ensure accuracy and relevancy of our product reviews, these are limited to people who had recently purchased the product that's being reviewed. Gift recipients are unfortunately not able to post reviews.
Product ratings
Each product page displays the number of reviews that item had received as well as its cumulative score, represented on a 100-point scale. The figure represents an average of customer reviews on a scale of 1 to 5, multiplied by twenty to magnify differences and make comparison across products easier.
